2. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer
Naturicare formulations are dietary supplements formulated with natural botanical extracts. They are manufactured under FSSAI and AYUSH compliant guidelines but are not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent acute medical diseases.
3. Member Accounts & Security
When you register for a Member Workspace account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@naturicare.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Naturicare reserves the right to modify prices or bundle promotions at any time prior to order confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including assessment scoring algorithms, WHOOP-style score rings, text, graphics, logos, and formulations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Naturicare Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
